Even if I don't like technology and what is part of it, I think that feed aggregators can help us not to waste time when we search things on the blog. The creation of a playlist of the blogs of the peers in our group is a way to be update about when they send a post on their personal blogs and what they write. Without searching and get crazy around the course blog, with bloglines and the playlist we have the possibility to see all the blogs and posts of our peers one next to the other at the same time and to compare them, reflecting on what they have said and commenting immediately on them. It's a wonderful thing, isn't it?
When Sarah told us to use feed aggregators I thought " What is this strange thing? Technology is so difficult and incomprehensible for me!!!", but after having managed to do it and created my personal feeds and playlist I was satisfied of my work and of the possibility not to waste time when I have to comment on my peer's posts.
Tell me what are your impressions about feed aggregators and the fantastic possibility not to waste time!

Hi Letizia!
Reading the other posts I realised that we had more or less the same impressions at the beginning in the lab when we were asked to subscribe to Bloglines: we all asked ourselves what was the purpose of it. Anyway an hour later everything became clearer and we were all happy to see all blogs appearing on the screen simultaneously! I totally agree with you: if Bloglines gives me the opportunity not to waste time I'm going to use constantly!
See you on Monday!

Dear girls,
I think that our first reaction when we heard the word "feed aggregators" was more or less the same: "What does it mean??? What is a feed aggregators???? I've never heard of it!!!". However, after Sarah's presentation, everything became quite clear and the utility of this tool was immediately quite manifest! I think that anything time-saving is really worth using for our task so I wonder we're going to use it everytime we have to check the updated information of our blogs or our favourite websites.
See You tomorrow!
Elena
Hi girls!
I was a little bit disoriented as well when last Wednesday I had to handle this new tool for the first time! However, once you begin to learn how it works it simply fascinates you because in a few seconds it immediately shows you if there are updates both in your peers’ blogs and in the websites you put on the playlist!
By the way, I realized that it is impossible to open the websites I recommend you on my last post, so I’ll give you the urls:
-this is the one about the dictionary of special words: http://dictionary.reference.com/wordoftheday/
-and this is the one concerning the quotes of the day:
http://www.quotationspage.com/qotd.html
hope it works now!

Hi everybody!
I think we're all right and I guess we all like feed aggregators and we're going to use them.
By the way, we've learnt what a feed aggregator is and which is its function.
We're about to become true nerds!:D
Bye bye!
